Minimum stay

Peak: May through October

Winter: November through April - 20% off rates (does not apply to personal retreats)

House available for personal retreats December,January,February- check calendar for available dates.

Weekend Rates
$750 for couples (2)
$950 for families and (3-6)
$1,200 for small groups (7-10)
$ 25 added per person (10 to 16)

Weekly Rate
$2100 for couples
$2300 for families
$2700 for small groups (6-10)
Price varies for larger groups (11 or more)*

*Special arrangements (such as special equipment, facilitation, classes) for business/group retreats and onsite accompaniments would incur additional costs.

Individual Retreats
Individual retreats can be booked last week of December, January, February.
$175 a night
$750 a week
Includes: large private room, healthy vegetarian meals, use of the meditation room and gardens.
*Classes in meditation, yoga and massages can be arranged for an additional charge

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Fee is $50. Reservations made for June, July, August and Holidays must be cancelled 60 days prior to your check-in date. Reservations for all other months must be cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date. Deposit and/or rent will be forfeited if notice of cancellation is not made prior to the 60/30 day requirement, unless we can re-rent.

Additional charges:
Occupancy Tax: 9%;

Cleaning Fee:

$100 for Couples (2)

$150 for Families and Groups

$500 Security Deposit - (refundable within 2 weeks);

Rules:
No smoking anywhere.
Some pets - Dogs approved on an individual basis. Extra $300 deposit.

Events:

Small weddings with permission only
Small receptions with permission only
